The Global CommTech Report 2024, published by Purposeful Relations, provides a comprehensive analysis of how AI and communication technology is perceived and used by public relations and communications professionals worldwide. The findings build on the knowledge gained from the 2023 report, showing that communications professionals have only partially faced the challenge of AI and need to take urgent steps to both use AI and adapt to it broader impact on society and the economy.
